Call it a state of ‘shock’
Intense feeling of unease, depression and lassitude
Looks like the hypothetic clinical vignette;
Like when a malaise morphs into some beasty malady- syndrome;
And all is left as tales of anemia, infarcts and an ineluctable biological death.

A 50-year old. 150 million genetic descendants.
419, Fraud, Corruption. Masses chronically grumbling;
Fatigued by the tragic trauma of name-calling,
And compounded by X-mas day Detroit near miss.
No-fly list, hmmm, Terrorist watch list - is the clinial sequelae.
CT, X-ray and MRI machines now at airport exits.

Acute Pericarditis in Saudi Arabia for 70 days,
Still no one has access except wife and aides.
Dora submits memo to FEC,
Watered down as a pathologic courage no one would ever exude
Sadly by elements ‘chosen’ by dare-devil, villified umpire – INEC

‘Bedridden.Critical.Paretic’ annotate the clinical status of a cachectic 50-year old.
Give me a diagnosis out of the waters,
Search through the cavities and depths of your minds,
The curves and recesses of your thoughts,
Palpate and feel the pulse of your imaginations

150 million surgeons brazenly wielding cannulas, scapels and speculas.
50 years of chequered history, Still happy and smiley in misery.
A 150m-man surgical team in the Ops Room.
Make no mistakes, Be painstaking, a life is at stake!
Then, this Prognosis remains favourable.
